Is your work guaranteed?
It is important to note the difference between a guarantee and a warranty. South West Plumbing has both warranties on products and guarantees on what level of service we will deliver to you.

Our fixtures, such as sinks, tubs, and other parts, and our various heating and water heater systems all have individual warranties. Of course, they vary as to length and information, but that kind of information can be presented to you by your technician, before any work or installation is done.
Our guarantee of quality service is much more of a promise to you that we will do the job right every time. If you aren’t completely satisfied with the quality of work, we will come back and fix the situation, at no charge to you. That is what our guarantee is all about. South West Plumbing is committed to serving you in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner, and we stand by our commitment.

Can I speak with a technician about my problem?
It is very difficult to know exactly what may be the problem in any plumbing or heating instance. It is important that a skilled professional be able to see and examine the problem before jumping to any conclusions or giving advice that could be inaccurate or make a problem even worse. Plus, our technicians are usually being dispatched remotely from somewhere out in the three counties we serve, they are rarely at our offices.

This is why we insist upon sending someone to your home to properly investigate the situation, explain it to you, and give you the solution on what should be done. You will always be presented with the cost of the job before any work begins.

Can I get a quote over the phone?
Once again, it is very difficult to know exactly what may be the problem in any plumbing or heating instance. It is important that a skilled professional be able to see and examine the problem before jumping to any conclusions or giving advice that could be inaccurate or make a problem even worse.
Every situation is different and we would not want to mislead anyone with a quoted price that may not be accurate for your particular situation. We do, though, promise to show you the cost of the job before we do any work on your home or business.

Do you have a travel charge?
We have no travel charges, EVER! We cover all of King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties and have plumbers in your area. So, don’t hesitate to call or e-mail, no matter where in those three counties that you live.

What’s a “dispatch fee”?
A dispatch fee is the minimum charge for sending a plumbing or heating technician to your home and inspecting/identifying your problem. This is a standard fee and is not related to the day or time of service, or the distance your technician traveled to get to you.

Do you work weekends? Is there an extra charge?
We are a 24 hour-a-day, 7 days-a-week company. YES, we work weekends and NO there is NOT ANY EXTRA CHARGE. Weekends are, for all intents and purposes, regular workdays for us.

Do you charge extra for holidays?
We DO NOT charge extra for services performed on holidays.
