It is important to note the difference between a guarantee and a warranty. South West Plumbing has both warranties on products and guarantees on what level of service we will deliver to you.

Our fixtures, such as sinks, tubs, and other parts, and our various heating and water heater systems all have individual warranties. Of course, they vary as to length and information, but that kind of information can be presented to you by your technician, before any work or installation is done.
Our guarantee of quality service is much more of a promise to you that we will do the job right every time. If you aren’t completely satisfied with the quality of work, we will come back and fix the situation, at no charge to you. That is what our guarantee is all about.
